1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the services provided by Webifull (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 2. Services Provided
   Webifull offers custom website design, development, branding, marketing automation, and access to our proprietary CMS platform. These Terms serve as general guidelines for our services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and expectations for each service will typically be detailed in separate agreements or contracts.

3. User Responsibilities
   You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or data you provide, as well as for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Misuse of the Service, illegal content, or abuse of our systems may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Payment, Pricing & Billing Terms
   Prices may be displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($) depending on the service type or region, with currency symbols appearing before or after the numeric value. Prices shown on the website or marketing materials are estimates and not final offers.

For custom projects such as website design or branding, a 50% deposit is generally required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final delivery or launch. In case of delayed or incomplete payment, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any delivered work without refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a subscription is canceled or payment is not received, accounts may be deleted after 30 days of non-payment. Restoration of deleted accounts may require a new setup fee.

5. Intellectual Property
   All creative materials, designs, code, and strategies developed by Webifull remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights may transfer to the client, except for any third-party or proprietary tools governed by separate licenses.

6. Disclaimers
   We do not guarantee specific business results, leads, or revenue growth. While we use proven, data-driven practices, each business operates in a unique environment. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We commit to delivering the highest level of service and effort consistent with our standards.

7. Termination and Cancellation
   You may cancel your subscription or service at any time by contacting info@webifull.com. Unless otherwise agreed, accounts inactive for 30 days may be permanently deleted. Reinstating deleted services may require full re-setup and associated fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violations of these Terms, or misuse of the Service. Refunds are not provided for partial usage unless required by law.

8. Modifications to Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service platform. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
