Budget: $$$$$

Overview:

Field: eBike and eScooter Repair & Parts / Online Store
Location: Lithuania

The challenge:

The client initially operated under the name Taisom ir Gaminam, with a website that, while fast, lacked cohesive branding and user trust. It was built on a minimal budget by a freelancer and didn’t match the client’s ambitions to grow beyond his garage and into a professional business.

After rebranding to Fabiride, he came to us looking for a partner that could take his online presence — and his growing business — to the next level.

The solution:

We first launched a redesigned website aligned with the new brand identity. The client had a clear vision: he wanted a dark theme (which was trendy at the time) and a long list of features — and we delivered. While the site functioned as intended, we later discovered through real user feedback and Contentsquare analytics that it was too heavy visually and technically, causing user confusion and increasing maintenance complexity.

Plugin overload and third-party tool conflicts began to pile up, slowing performance and introducing more bugs with each update. The online shop was difficult to manage and didn’t convert as efficiently as it could have.

Recognizing the need for improvement, we initiated a second full redesign — this time led by our strategy and supported by data. With more creative freedom, we focused on clarity, simplicity, and a balanced aesthetic that served both form and function. The shop experience was rebuilt to be faster, easier to navigate, and more visually appealing for both mobile and desktop users.

The results after the website redesign:

  • A faster, modern website with stronger brand recognition;
  • A cleaner, better-performing online shop that improved conversion rates;
  • A drastic reduction in maintenance issues and conflicts;
  • Customers responded positively — the term “black hole” from the old design was replaced with praise for its clarity and ease of use;
  • The business scaled its operations and moved into a larger workspace twice within one year.

The results after implementing our Webifull CMS software:

They started using our Webifull software and quickly experienced measurable impact.

✅ Filtered bad reviews and boosted credibility
With our Reputation Manager, they were able to automatically filter out negative reviews and consistently collect 5-star feedback from happy clients. This drastically improved their public image and search visibility.

✅ Full transition from paper to digital CRM
Previously managing clients manually on paper, Fabiride now stores and manages all customer interactions in our built-in CRM system. No more lost contacts or scattered notes – just one clear dashboard.

✅ Saved time and refocused on business growth
Automation helped them eliminate repetitive tasks. This freed up valuable time to focus on marketing, customer experience, and team expansion.

✅ Never lost a lead again
With the Missed Call Text Back feature, every missed call triggers an automatic text response, keeping prospects engaged and converting more leads into bookings. This alone helped Fabiride prevent lost sales to competitors.

✅ Incredible return on investment
In their first month alone, Fabiride generated 6x ROI from their $300/month software plan. During peak bike season, they hit 8x ROI and were fully booked for a month in advance.

✅ Ready to scale
With new demand pouring in, Fabiride is now expanding operations and hiring additional staff to keep up.

What we stand for:

We’re not fortune tellers — we don’t guess, and we won’t overpromise. What we do offer is proven, data-driven expertise shaped by working with real businesses and real customers. Our focus isn’t just to make things look good — it’s to make them work.

Anyone can paint a pretty picture, but if your website doesn’t guide users or convert visitors into customers, it’s just decoration. We design with user experience, clarity, and business results in mind — so that our clients get more than a site, they get growth.
